放料閥
放料閥主要用于反應釜、儲罐、和其他容器的底部排料、放料、取料和無死區(qū)關(guān)斷操作。借助于閥門底部法蘭焊接于儲罐或其他容器的底部，因此消除工藝介質(zhì)通常在容器出口的殘留現(xiàn)象，放料閥根據(jù)實際需求，閥底結(jié)構(gòu)設計為平底型，閥體結(jié)構(gòu)為Y型，并提供提升或下降兩種工作方式閥瓣。
密封副采用線密封，閥瓣密封根據(jù)需要可堆焊硬質(zhì)合金，使表面硬度達到HRC56-62，具有高耐磨、耐腐蝕的功能，保證密封的可靠性。
The discharge valve is mainly used for bottom discharge, discharge, retrieval, and dead zone free shutdown operations of reactors, storage tanks, and other containers. By welding the bottom flange of the valve to the bottom of the storage tank or other containers, the residual phenomenon of process medium at the outlet of the container is eliminated. The discharge valve is designed with a flat bottom structure and a Y-shaped valve body structure according to actual needs, and provides two working modes of lifting or lowering the valve disc.
The sealing pair adopts a line seal, and the valve disc seal can be welded with hard alloy as needed to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56-62. It has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring the reliability of the seal.
